Prof. Füsun Akkök is the international expert working on the career guidance issues, within the frame of EUVEGE project. She worked on the design of a “Career Guidance” training programme, supported its organisation/implementation and actively contributed to the establishment of training capacities in Georgia. As outcome of her mission a training programme, materials and guidelines were designed and prepared.

Niko Vrdoljak is an IT expert for Labour Market Information Systems (LMIS) from Croatia. He is responsible for analysing how the LMIS activity aims to bring together data and information required to operate the LMIS, by working with primary data holders to ensure that the data is accurate, relevant and timely. During his missions to Georgia, Niko Vrdoljak developed IT specifications for a future labour market hardware and software system, which will provide the systematic processes and methodology for data definition, collection, analysis and reporting.
Att. at Law and International Expert in Vocational Training and Labour Market Policies
In line with the objective of the project “TA to VET and Employment Reform in Georgia” to strengthen the institutional and technical capacities of the Ministry of Education and Science (MoES), Roger Hessel, Att. at Law and Expert for Vocational Training and Labour Market Policies, undertook an ex-ante evaluation of legislative documents for the professional development of VET teachers. Legal and policy advice was provided in cooperation with the National Centre for Teacher Professional Development (TPDC) and the EU project office at the MoES in concurrence with international best practice.
